Microsoft has released the latest update for Windows 10 called the November November 2019 update for devices today, which upgrades Windows 10 to version 1909.

Although most of the important Windows 10 operating system updates from Microsoft usually come with a host of new features, this update is very similar to the service packs you find with previous versions of Windows.

In general, most of the changes are simple, and there are not many of them, because the update targets background improvements that focus on stability and performance.

But that doesn’t mean nothing has changed. The biggest changes can be found in Microsoft’s improvements to the alerts experience in Windows 10.

This new update for November includes the Manage Alerts button in the Notification Center (Action Center), which moves the user to an enhanced settings area where they can customize alerts.

The user can also hover over the alerts that appear and click the Settings button to permanently mute alerts from a particular app, and Microsoft offers the ability to customize the number of alerts you see from apps.

There are some changes to the Start menu and taskbar, so you can now hover over the settings menu that appears as three lines on top of each other within the Start menu without having to click them, as well as the ability to add events to your calendar through the taskbar.

Microsoft has also updated the search function within File Explorer, as it is now supported by the same Windows search interface as the Start menu, so that the user can find files within the local computer or even cloud storage on OneDrive.

The software giant has launched the November 2019 update for Windows 10 users today, and can be obtained directly through the Windows Update feature, by going to Settings and then update and security and then update Windows and check for updates.
