Fortnite is one of the most important electronic games that attract users of all ages, from children to adults.
The game’s popularity has also increased in recent times, especially with the increase in new events and intersections with other worlds and the emergence of various characters in them.
Fortnite relies mainly on multiplayer gameplay. This means a different set of users around the world who together share the game world.
As a result, you may find your child sharing toys with an older user who does not respect the children’s age and exposes them to inappropriate content.
Epic allows you to protect your child from inappropriate or offensive content in the world of Fortnite through a range of parental control options. By activating these options, you can control your child’s interaction with different accounts within the game.
Head to the main screen of the game, and then choose its settings menu via the ribbon button on the right side of the screen.
Then choose Parental Control Settings from the right menu that appears to you, and when the Parental Control window appears, choose to activate it.
The game then asks you to choose the email that receives the account reset messages and to reuse it. This email should belong to a parent rather than the child so that you can use it well.
After that, enter a secret code consisting of 6 different numbers, confirm entering the code again, and then press Next step.
When you move to the next screen, you will find a set of options that you must activate or close as you wish in order to activate the parental control options.
When you have finished modifying the choices as you wish, click on the save button, and you can go back to modify these choices as you wish at any time by following the same steps.
This method works to activate parental controls across PCs, all home platforms, and phones as well.
