Today, Google offers some features of the Google One storage service for free to everyone, wherever the service is available, and among the features that have become free: the backup feature, and a new storage management tool.
And the American tech giant said in a post: that users can backup devices and clean files through its services: Google Photos, Google Drive and Gmail, through the new Google One application for Android and iOS.
The company added that the backup feature will be available for Android phones, even if the user is not subscribed to the service Google One. For iPhone users, the company launched a new service app that allows storing photos, videos, contacts, and calendar events with Google. This, and the available space will be 15 GB that comes with all free Google Accounts.
Google also launched a web version of the new storage manager, saying it: “gives you an easy way to learn how you use storage and free up space. You can keep the files you want, get rid of files that you no longer need, and allow more – all in one place. ”
