Qualcomm has announced that it will hold its Tech Summit from December 3 to 5 in Hawaii. Over the past few years, the US company has unveiled the latest version of its processor for mobile devices during the event, so it is expected to announce its processor (Snapdragon 865) during it.

While the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8XX series is the most popular smartphone market, its Snapdragon 865 processor is expected to run flagship phones expected in 2020, including the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S11, but the processor specification information Stingy.

But Samsung’s 7nm processor is expected to develop instead of Taiwan’s TSMC, something that hasn’t been done since the Snapdragon 820 and Snapdragon 835 processors. It is expected to launch two versions: one supports only 4G networks, and the other supports 5G networks with a modem (Snapdragon X55 5G) Snapdragon X55 5G.

The difference between Samsung’s 7nm EUV technology, which is expected to develop a Snapdragon 865 processor, and TSMC’s 7nm FinFET technology can be said to improve power consumption, which would be 15-20% better.
